SteadiParts GmbH – Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
Consumers (EU customers only) have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a person designated by you, take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us by email:

A simple statement such as “I wish to cancel my order” is sufficient.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract:
– We will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs.
– Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.
– Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been shipped back.
3. Return Shipping
– Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
– Items must be returned in their original packaging (as far as possible) and safely packed to avoid damage during transport.
– If returned goods are damaged due to inadequate packaging, the customer may be liable for loss in value.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
We may reduce the refund amount if items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to check their condition and functionality.
Examples of acceptable inspection use:
– verifying dimensions, weight, fitment
Examples of excessive use:
– scratches, dents, missing parts
– visible signs of professional set use
– contamination, dirt, tape residue
5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or modified products(e.g., special mounts, color variations, drilled or adjusted tubes, custom engravings)
- Business-to-Business (B2B) purchasesOrders made by companies or for commercial use are not covered by consumer withdrawal rights.
- Used, demo, or discounted “B-stock” itemsThese are excluded unless specified otherwise.
6. Pre-Orders & Cancellations Before Shipping
Pre-order items may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
After shipment, standard withdrawal rules apply.
Estimated delivery windows for pre-orders are non-binding, as production, logistics and global supply conditions may vary.
7. Returns Due to Transport Damage
If the product arrives visibly damaged:
- Document the damage immediately (photos).
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Keep packaging and all included parts.
Transport damage claims must be filed quickly so the carrier accepts liability.
8. Wrong or Defective Items
If we send a wrong or defective item, we will:
– repair it, or
– replace it, or
– issue a refund if repair/replacement is unreasonable.
In this case, SteadiParts GmbH covers the return shipping costs.
