SteadiParts GmbH – Online Store Terms

1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the online shop provided by SteadiParts GmbH, Buchenweg 10, 85232 Bergkirchen, Germany.
They apply to consumers and business customers unless stated otherwise.

3. Contract Formation
- Product listings in the online shop are not legally binding offers.
- By placing an order through the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase.
- The contract is concluded once we confirm the order by email.
- If we cannot fulfill an order (e.g., out-of-stock, production delays), we will refund any payments without delay.
4. Products & Pre-Orders
- Some products are offered as pre-orders with estimated delivery windows.
- Delivery times for pre-orders are non-binding forecasts; delays may occur due to production, logistics, customs, or supply chain factors.
- Pre-order payments are handled like standard orders; the customer may withdraw before shipment.
5. Prices, VAT & Duties
- All prices shown include VAT where applicable (EU customers).
- Customers outside the EU may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, which are not included in the purchase price.
- Dealers or bulk customers may receive separate pricing terms.
6. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
– PayPal
– Stripe (credit/debit cards)
– Klarna (where available)
– Apple Pay / Google Pay
– Bank transfer (on request)
Payment is due immediately upon checkout unless otherwise agreed.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship worldwide using DHL, UPS, DPD, FedEx, or comparable carriers.
- Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
- Delivery times vary by country and shipping method.
- Partial shipments may be made if practical.
- If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address or non-acceptance, the buyer may be charged re-shipping costs.
8. Transfer of Risk
- For consumers: risk transfers upon delivery.
- For business customers: risk transfers once the goods are handed to the shipping carrier.
9. Retention of Title
The goods remain property of SteadiParts GmbH until fully paid.
10. Warranty (Defect Liability)
- Consumers: 24-month statutory warranty.
- Business customers: 12 months warranty.
- Warranty does not cover:– misuse, improper operation– wear and tear– modifications or third-party repairs– damages caused by accessories not approved by us
- In case of defects, we may:– repair– replace– refund (if repair/replacement is unreasonable)
11. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation (Consumers Only)
Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Refunds are issued once the goods are received and inspected.
Business customers do not have a return right unless explicitly agreed.
Custom-made items (e.g., special mounts, modifications) are excluded from cancellation.
12. Liability
- Unlimited liability applies for:– intent– gross negligence– injury to life, body, or health
- For slight negligence, we are only liable for foreseeable and typical damages related to essential contractual obligations.
- We are not liable for:– lost profits– production downtime– indirect damages– operator errors, improper use of stabilisation equipment or stands
13. Technical Use of Equipment
SteadiParts GmbH products are designed for professional use.
The customer is responsible for:
– safe operation
– correct assembly
– maintenance
– compliance with local safety regulations
Damage resulting from improper use is excluded from any warranty or liability.
14. Intellectual Property
Designs, product images, technical drawings, CAD concepts, text and branding remain the intellectual property of SteadiParts GmbH.
Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
German law applies.
For business customers, exclusive jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.
Consumers maintain their local statutory rights.

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before consumer arbitration bodies.
